Senior Associate
Rafael is Senior Associate at Sierra Capital and has over eight years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategy consulting. He has worked in various industries, including agribusiness, retail, food and beverage, construction and real estate development, technology, logistics, among others.
Before joining Sierra, Rafael worked at Deloitte Consulting in Boston, as a Finance Manager at Sheva in Guatemala, and as a Financial Analyst at Student.com in London. Rafael is also involved in agribusinesses and real estate development projects in Guatemala.
Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a Minor in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bentley University in Boston, United States.
